I am originally from Iran. I have an immigrant background, and I can speak English and Persian. 

I have worked as a coach and cultural adviser in Auckland for the past ten years. I voluntarily started professional counselling in 2021 at Bakersfield medical & urgent care clinic.

I am the manager of New Zealand Ethnic Social Services, and simultaneously, I provide (relationship) counselling services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

I encourage them to share their problems, and I listen non-judgmentally.

My knowledge of the various forms of intervention and prevention is extensive. My counselling approach is person-centred, strength-based, and solution-focused.
